Responsibilities:

As an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of industrial projects, particularly in the lithium battery industry. Your responsibilities will encompass the expertise of a Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer, Project Manager, Process Pipeline Site Supervisor, and HVAC Site Supervisor. Key duties include:

Installation and Commissioning:

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electromechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and national regulations.

Construction Management:

• Independently lead and manage projects, overseeing on-site construction activities.
• Enforce adherence to HVAC/Plumbing engineering processes, project management skills, and construction safety protocols.

Technical Proficiency:

• Utilize Microsoft Office and AutoCAD for change order drawings, as-built drawings, and project calculations.
• Apply a mastery of construction processes, materials, and equipment in the plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC fields.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage project teams, handling emergency situations and unforeseen events.
• Manage construction timelines, costs, quality, and safety, ensuring successful project completion.

Communication and Coordination:

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, especially in Mandarin and English, to effectively coordinate with teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals and expectations.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed about relevant national and regional laws, industry technical specifications, and project acceptance standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project operational processes.
