Job Title: HVAC Site Supervisor

Location: Bhadari-122001, Haryana, India

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Chinese and English
• More than 8 years of electromechanical installation experience, with a preference for overseas electromechanical installation and lithium battery industry experience.
•  Bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of water and sanitation (give and drain water) or related disciplines.
• Over 3 years of field construction management experience.
• Mastery of HVAC/pipe construction processes and substantial project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
• Ability to create and calculate drawings of project changes and final project drawings.
• In-depth understanding of construction technology, equipment, and materials in the HVAC field.
• Familiarity with project operational processes, national and regional laws and regulations, and engineering acceptance standards.
• Excellent learning ability.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Physically fit and enthusiastic.
• Strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site HVAC installation projects.
• Coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage and lead construction teams, providing guidance and supervision.
• Utilize AutoCAD for drawing creation and calculation purposes.
• Ensure compliance with national and regional laws and regulations.
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Overseas electromechanical installation experience.
• Electromechanical installation experience in the lithium battery industry.
