Job Summary:

Our client are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, finance, warehouse, managing staff, and achieving branch financial objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and the ability to manage daily branch activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all branch operations, including sales, finance, distribution, warehouse and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor operational policies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth within the branch.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch’s customer base.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve their individual and team goals.
• Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to make informed decisions and adjustments.
