Making rubber compound formulations
Work on Product Samples According to Time Limits
Ensure the quality of each product meets standards and Carrying out Product Research and Development
Create Analysis Results Reports
Collaborate with several departments including Production, Marketing to coordinate efforts regarding new product introductions.
Understanding the Raw Materials for Making a Rubber Compound Product 7. Maintain existing research equipment and formulas

Requirements :

Minimum SMA/D3/Bachelor Degree
Minimum 10 years RND (Research and Development) & Production experience in Rubber Compounding Industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal skill and strong leadership
Able to operate research equipment
Excellent in product formulation for Rubber Compounding
