HR Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws and company standards.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the company’s staffing needs.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement through various initiatives and programs.
Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
Identify trends and recommend improvements to HR practices and policies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
