TikTok Online Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive online sales and brand engagement through the TikTok platform.
Create and curate engaging content tailored to the TikTok audience to showcase products, promotions, and brand messaging effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to ensure alignment in TikTok marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimise TikTok campaigns for maximum ROI.
Stay informed about TikTok platform updates, trends, and best practices, and incorporate them into the overall marketing strategy.
Build and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators on TikTok to amplify brand reach and drive user-generated content.
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for product promotions, flash sales, and other sales-driven initiatives on TikTok.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with specific experience in leveraging the TikTok platform for brand promotion and sales.
In-depth understanding of TikTok platform features, algorithms, and content trends.
Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and execute engaging content concepts for TikTok.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving measurable business outcomes.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the digital landscape and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
